This team is responsible for assembling air handling units by securely installing exterior and interior walls, roof sections and components onto the unit base.

Component Installation: Install and secure unit components ensuring proper alignment, secure connections and overall quality
Mechanical Skills: Utilize mechanical skills to perform tasks such as basic welding and fitting and fabricating metal products
Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret fabrication packages and drawings to guide assembly processes
Measurement and Tool Use:
Use measuring tapes to perform calculations and operate air and electric hand tools efficiently
Physical Labour: Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and installing heavy components and working from heights
Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
Safety Awareness: Maintain awareness of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team Job Type: Full-time, indoor

Experience: Construction 1 year (Required)
Skilled Labour 1 year (Required) Job Location: Kingston, ON (on-site) Shift Schedule Rotating early morning and afternoon shifts (Monday – Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm and Monday – Thursday 2:30pm - 12:30am)
Every other Friday off
Weekend shifts not required (occasional overtime is not mandatory and is dependent on factory needs) Reliable transportation is required This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
