Hotel & Spa is on the lookout for a qualified Assistant Manager to enhance the operations of the acclaimed Bacchus Restaurant. This full time position calls for individuals with at least two years of fine dining experience and a keen eye for detail in restaurant presentation.

Your role will include supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with management to maintain high service levels. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise floor ambiance and overall restaurant presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and service standards are upheld in Bacchus
- Work with the Food & Beverage Director to handle inventory




- Optimize labor management and implement cost-saving strategies
- Provide training to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction Requirements:
- 2 years of fine dining and hospitality experience required
- Management/supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage standards
- Familiarity with Squirrel or Micros technology
