As an Assisted Living Supervisor, you provide hands-on leadership in the assisted living neighborhood, supporting daily operations while delivering high-quality resident care. What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and support assisted living team members • Provide direct resident care and champion the Resident-Centered Care model • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments • Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy • Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families • Support development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) • Partner with Activities and Dining to enhance resident engagement • Participate in Crossover meetings to ensure smooth communication • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Sunrise standards • Promote safety, infection control,
and risk management practices You serve as a working leader—guiding the team while ensuring residents receive compassionate, consistent care. What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare • Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred • Solid communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems) • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Assisted Living Supervisor – Lead Care Teams That Make a Difference Assisted Living Supervisor | Resident Care Leadership | Senior Living
Pay Range:
23.75 - 29.75
