Job Title: Automation Test Lead

Location: Toronto, ON (2 days Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Java, Selenium, Appium, Micro services architecture, CICD

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.

Strong programming experience in Java.

Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG/JUnit.

Experience with Appium for Android and iOS mobile automation.

Strong experience in API automation using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools.

Positive understanding of Microservices architecture and testing strategies.

Experience validating REST APIs, JSON, XML, and service integrations.

Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation.

Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.





Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.

Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Familiarity with SonarQube, Maven, Gradle, and reporting tools like Extent Reports or Allure.

Exposure to security testing and accessibility testing is a plus.

Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred
