Peninsula Ford Lincoln - Owen Sound is looking for an Autobody Technician to join our team!

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour.

What You'll Do:

- Repair vehicles according to estimates, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards.
- Review damage reports and repair estimates to determine the work required and plan an efficient repair process.
- Work closely with other technicians and team members to repair, prep, and complete vehicles to a high standard.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology, materials, tools, and repair techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional-quality repairs and a finished product you can stand behind.

What You Bring:

- Autobody Repairer Licence
- 5 years of Autobody experience
- A solid eye for detail and a commitment to superior-quality workmanship.
- Excellent understanding of and compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
- A resourceful, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- A valid driver's licence.
