We are currently seeking an Automotive Detailer/Reconditioning specialist to join our fast- paced service team at Oxford Dodge's Service Department Customer satisfaction is a priority for the dealership so the successful candidate must be able to develop long term relationships with our clients and maintain that ideal.

Duties

- Clean and detail vehicles after repairs are completed
- Responsible for cleanliness of the detailing bay area and equipment
- Participate in training and meetings as required
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
- Produce quality work that displays pride of workmanship
- Move all vehicles as required
- Perform Pre wash & Vehicle mapping
- Buffing, touch-up, bring vehicle back to "showroom" standards
- Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements:
- A Class “G” Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
- Experience with the use of detailing products, hand and power tools and other related machinery required for the job
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail




- Possesses a high level of integrity and accountability

- Must be reliable and dependable
- A high quality of workmanship
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- The ability to operate a manual transmission
