Job Overview
Taking applications for the right, motivated individual to join our busy growing team as an Automotive Mechanic, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles . We are looking for motivated individual, capable of working unsupervised in most aspects of the trade.
An appropriate candidate is confident in their ability to diagnose issues and problem solve without assistance, as well as being capable of helping others with the same.
This would be a top level, leadership role, not an entry level position. Pay is to be decided based on experience, with potential for bonuses based on team success.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform wheel alignments and ADAS calibrations (training provided) using modern eqjuipment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, equipment, and electrical testing devices to complete repairs with precision
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with a robust background in automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong electrical knowledge to troubleshoot wiring issues in vehicle systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling large parts or equipment components
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic software for accurate troubleshooting
- Supply your own hand tools
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly through shop software programs, and personal comunication.
- Be clean and organized.
- posess a positive attitude toward the workplace, and coworkers.
