Duties

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical components, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct heavy lifting and use power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and industrial machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and heavy equipment for repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed.
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of industrial equipment and farm machinery when necessary.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering maintenance advice to clients.

Qualifications

- Proven mechanic experience with a robust background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Dealership experience or similar automotive industry background is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, HVAC systems, welding techniques, and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment such as excavators or farm machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing vehicle issues accurately.
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
