Job Overview
We are seeking an Automotive Technician / Apprentice to join our team. As an Automotive Technician / Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repair and maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase your mechanical skills.
Duties
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and front end inspections
- Ability to perform alignment, brake R&R; services
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, assemble, and repair vehicle components
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and ensure vehicles are in proper working condition
Qualifications
- Must have graduated from or be enrolled in an automotive apprenticeship program in Canada
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician Apprentice or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
