The successful candidates for Baker position will prepare the bread for our breadcrumbs and will be responsible for mixing , kneading, shaping & baking bread dough and shredding the baked bread.

Required skills

- Should be able to work from 8 AM for at least 8 hours ( with lunch break)
- Well experienced with all professional Baking equipment, including mixers, proofers & convection oven
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Working efficiently with a team in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds at a time on a regular basis
- Ensuring the workstation is restocked and cleaned as needed
- Keeping records of the bakery inventory, production levels, and deliveries
- Inspecting each baked product to ensure it meets quality requirements
