Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our events team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service for weddings, corporate functions,



and other special events. Responsibilities include preparing banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness during and after events.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all company food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced workplace.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy trays, and bend/reach repeatedly.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $22.40 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mono, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
