Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, bubble tea, snacks and specialty beverages according to company recipes
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

Preferred

- Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience
- Experience operating espresso machines
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to calmly multitask

Required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Should be focused on hygiene
