We’re looking for a barista who is passionate about great coffee, good vibes, and genuine hospitality. This is a dynamic role that blends café barista expertise with table service and guest experience. Baristas are responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and helping shape a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

Shifts are mostly daytime and early evening, with weekend availability required. This position has the opportunity to grow into a lead role.

*Note: We are currently looking for someone who is able to work day time/weekday hours between 3 to 5 shifts a week.

Responsibilities Include

▪ Preparing and serving specialty coffee, beer, wine, and house-made food

▪ Taking and fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately

▪ Providing table service and supporting the overall dining room experience

▪ Educating guests on coffee and beverage offerings





▪ Assisting with reservations, catering, and online orders

▪ Handling cash and payments responsibly, including end-of-day reporting

▪ Conducting opening and closing duties

▪ Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment

▪ Monitoring and restocking inventory (coffee, dairy, liquor, and supplies)

▪ Ensuring compliance with Public Health and AGCO regulations

▪ Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work workplace

Qualifiers

▪ Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred)

▪ Valid Smart Serve certification

▪ Strong communication and customer service skills

▪ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

▪ A positive attitude and willingness to learn

▪ Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with a team

▪ Availability to work weekdays and weekends

Physical Requirements

▪ Ability to stand for extended periods

▪ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

▪ Comfortable working around common food allergens (dairy, nuts, gluten, etc.)
