We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly and skilled manner, providing excellent customer service
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adherence to legal regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours




- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations
- Hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of the food service industry
