Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently.
- Take delivery and takeout orders over the phone.
- Help to seat patrons and assist with managing reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle POS transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with hospitality regulations.




- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

- Serving It Right Certification is required.
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on hospitality excellence is preferred, but not required.
- Strong guest services skills with a welcoming attitude and positive demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in serving, bartending, or hosting roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates.
