We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Take and serve beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and safety standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies
- Assist in food service operations when needed,



including serving food orders and clearing tables efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, with a strong foundation in food service or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously without compromising quality
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math proficiency for cashiering, giving correct change, and managing tabs accurately
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
