Coaches will play a key role in developing athletes both on and off the court. Responsibilities include skill development, teaching game concepts, fostering confidence, and creating a positive and competitive team workplace. Responsibilities

- Plan and lead organized basketball practices
- Teach age-appropriate basketball fundamentals and team concepts
- Support player development through instruction and feedback
- Prepare teams for league games and tournaments
- Promote sportsmanship, accountability, and teamwork
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all athletes
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and program staff




- Assist with program events and game-day operations

Qualifications
- Experience coaching or playing organized basketball
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for working with youth athletes
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Head Coach applicants should be comfortable leading a team independently. Assistant Coach applicants should be eager to support practices and games while learning within the program.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
