Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Beauty/Wellness Consultant, where your passion for skincare, cosmetics, and wellness will inspire and empower our customers. In this dynamic role, you will provide expert advice, personalized product recommendations, and exceptional customer service to help clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person and phone consultations to understand hair, skin, and wellness goals
- Recommend services, treatment plans, and retail products suited to people's needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Design and sell multi-visit treatment plans, packages, and memberships
- Manage bookings, rescheduling,



and daily appointment flow
- Maintain client profiles: service history, formulas, allergies, preferences, purchases
- Process payments, packages, memberships, and gift cards
- Support stylists and estheticians so services run on time
- Handle concerns calmly; escalate when needed
- Good research on salon products

Qualifications

- 1-2+ years of retail sales experience in beauty or wellness environments is required; enthusiasm for learning is also key!
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and skincare products
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting clients.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly and engagingly.
- Strong merchandising skills to create appealing displays that drive sales and promote brand awareness.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
