Duties

- Lead daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized environment
- Drive retail sales through proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, and personalized consultations
- Manage team performance by recruiting, training, developing, and supervising staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, pricing strategies, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract recent customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular staff meetings,



coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team culture
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence
- Supervising or store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising principles, purchasing processes, and cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated skills in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
