Bilingual Source is hiring a confident and motivated Bilingual Inside Sales/Recruitment Consultant to join our Midtown Toronto team.

You do not need recruitment experience.

We are looking for strong salespeople and experienced corporate professionals who know how to communicate, build trust, influence decisions, and work toward meaningful goals.

You will earn 40% commission on every placement you make , beginning with your first placement.

There are no tiers, thresholds, or earning caps. The same 40% rate applies to everyone in the firm.

Your Earning Potential

- $150,000 in annual production: $60,000
- $250,000 in annual production: $100,000
- $350,000 in annual production: $140,000
- $450,000 in annual production: $180,000
- $550,000 in annual production: $220,000
- $650,000 in annual production: $260,000
- $800,000 in annual production: $320,000

This is a 100% commission position with no base salary. Your income is directly connected to your performance and is completely uncapped.

What You Will Do

You will help French- and English-speaking professionals find better career opportunities while helping Canadian companies build stronger teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Finding candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database
- Making outbound calls and connecting with new people
- Interviewing candidates in French and English
- Understanding their experience, career goals, and motivations
- Presenting career opportunities clearly and persuasively
- Matching qualified candidates with active positions
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Guiding candidates through offers, negotiations, and acceptance
- Building a strong qualified network




- Managing multiple searches and candidate pipelines
- Working toward defined activity and placement goals

This is a candidate-focused inside sales and recruitment role. You will not be responsible for traditional business development or account management. Who Can Be Successful Here?

You may come from recruitment, but you could also have experience in:

- Inside or outside sales
- Account management
- Business development
- Real estate or insurance
- Banking or financial services
- Hospitality or retail management
- Customer service or client relations
- Human resources or corporate operations
- Another results-driven professional environment

Your specific industry matters less than your ability to connect with people, earn their trust, handle rejection, and stay focused on results.

What We Are Looking For

- Professional fluency in French and English
- Corporate, professional, or sales experience
- Confidence speaking with new people
- Comfort making outbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Maturity, sound judgment, and professionalism

- Availability to work on-site in our Midtown Toronto office, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
