- Facilitate a variety of training formats: virtual, in‑person, or recorded
- Develop and update training materials and job aids
- Assist with course enrollment and participation tracking




- Support compliance initiatives and maintain training accuracy
- Monitor trainee progress and gather feedback for improvement Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brokerage or related field
- RIBO certification at Level 1 or higher
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Background in training, instructional design, or coaching
