Bookkeeping & Service Advisor

True Centre Auto Care has proudly been a family-owned and operated business since 1999, providing honest, reliable automotive service to our community. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeping & Service Advisor Assistant.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Keeping track of car sales and logs
- Process invoices, payments, and customer transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
- Prepare estimates and communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off to pick-up
- Support office administration and day-to-day operations

Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred




- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Automotive industry experience is beneficial
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
