Who you are:

Brunello Cucinelli is seeking a full-time Boutique Assistant at our Rodeo Drive Flagship in Beverly Hills. Candidates must be based in Los Angeles and have availability to work during weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

- Support sales team to maximize all selling opportunities by securing necessary merchandise and placing it back in the designated area on sales floor.
- Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards as well as replenishing merchandise on the floor.
- Actively contribute to non-selling activities such as restocking supplies, greeting all clients, maintaining a tidy workspace front and back of house,



clearing fitting rooms, and other tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all company products and technical information.
- Always ensure adherence to company retail operating and security.
- Assist with collecting client data cards for sales associates.
- Assist with packing in-store sales and send sales.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Support and partner with the Store Manager in maintaining consistent inventory levels in the store by assisting with stock and shipments.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
- Team player who can thrive in a relationship-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for multiple hours continuously and lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.
- Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems.




- Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction.
- Ability to work in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.

- Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).

In accordance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $25 to $27 CAD per hour. Compensation discussions will be conducted openly during the interview process.
