Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of patrons and staff to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue
- Manage conflicts swiftly and professionally, de-escalating situations before they escalate further
- Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures to protect guests, staff, and property
Qualifications
- SIRS certification - Can be completed after hiring
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout shifts
