Role Description The Branch Administrator Private Wealth is a full-time, in office role based in Hamilton, ON, supporting the operational and administrative needs of a private wealth branch. This role manages client documentation, account opening and maintenance, transaction processing, and coordination with back-office teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of client requests.

The Branch

Administrator responds to client inquiries, schedules meetings, prepares reports and presentations for advisors, and maintains up-to-date records in branch systems. The role also supports compliance activities by monitoring documentation requirements, assisting with audit requests, and following regulatory and organizational policies. Collaboration with advisors, financial planners, and other branch team members is essential to deliver a high level of service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- CSC Certification
- Strong Finance and Investments knowledge to support private wealth operations and client transactions.




- Experience in Financial Services environments, ideally within wealth management or banking.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data entry, and transaction processing.
- Proficiency with relevant office software and financial platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch setting.
- Salary range $55K to 65K
