We are looking for a skilled handyperson to join our team. This position involves completing a variety of apartment maintenance and repair work, including drywall repairs, patching, painting, replacing trim, installing interior and exterior doors, replace glass or windows, flooring, cabinets, countertops, vanities, all apartment needs for tenants.
Requirements: Valid drivers license, reliable truck or van for travelling to various locations, reliable and dependable and able to work independently. Qualified and respectful when dealing with tenants and properties. Able to communicate with tenants and schedule appointments as required. Must be able to provide your own basic tools.
Starting at $34/hr plus milage (subcontractor). Mon to Fri, weekends and holidays off.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and setting up appointments, travelling to units, assessing the work required, completing repairs, and ensuring the job is done properly and professionally.
