We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the communication between business stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
- Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and use cases, to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure a common understanding of project requirements and objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that expectations are aligned and project goals are met.




- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis function.

Skills Required

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering business solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, adjusting analysis and solutions accordingly.




- Collaboration: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
