Energees Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst Resource in a contract position for a Public Sector Client.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE RESOURCE TO WORK AND BE LOCATED FULL-TIME ON-SITE IN REGINA, SK. Please do not apply if you are not planning to move to Regina or you are not physically in Regina.

Contract Length: 6 months (with a potential to extend)

Job Duties:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation.
- Assist in the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- CBAP certification
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficient in using tools such as Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira etc.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in Agile and Azure DevOps is a must.
