Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes leveraging Ivalua

Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows to identify improvement opportunities

Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes

Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system enhancements

Create detailed process maps, functional specifications, workflow documentation, and UAT scenarios

Collaborate with business teams to identify process gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for automation and optimization





Support Ivalua system configuration validation, functional testing, integration testing, and defect resolution

Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and business sign-off

Support user training, change management, deployment preparation, and production rollout activities

Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, integration teams, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes

Participate in solution reviews and ensure delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and procurement objectives

Provide post-production support and contribute to continuous improvement of Procurement and Operations processes
