Business Systems Analyst – Ivalua, Procurement & Source-to-Pay
- Gather and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes leveraging Ivalua.
- Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and system enhancements.
- Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios.
- Support system configuration validation, testing, training, and production rollout activities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
