Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit healthcare professionals and hospitals in major Canadian cities to build referral networks and partnerships.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, including supporting our CEO in discussions to highlight our biomedical expertise.
- Use AI-driven tools (e.g., predictive analytics for leads) to enhance efficiency and track progress.
- Develop outside sales strategies, focusing on quality over volume.
- Achieve sales targets through responsible, results-oriented actions—efficiency is key.
- Travel as needed for networking; collaborate with our inside sales team.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, health sciences, communications, kinesiology, psychology, health admin or related field (recent graduates welcome if career-focused).
- Career-switchers are welcome. If you’ve set meetings, run info sessions, or build community partnerships in admissions, fundraising, hospitality, real estate, events insurance, or clinic operations, and are a fast learner, we can help you fill in the healthcare specifics.



Your professionalism, persistence, and ability to influence people matter most.
- Clear, professional English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Results-driven and initiative—e.g., through university projects, part-time roles, or extracurriculars showing results (provide examples in your application).
- Be ready to leverage AI extensively
- Serious, career-oriented mindset: This is not a position for self-exploration; rather, this role requires an individual who is committed and ready to deliver value and move forward by proving worth through performance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada.

Salary: $25 - $28 per hour + performance bonus based on referral growth
