Role Description As a Business Process Engineer Intern at Decathlon in Bruxelles, MB, you will support the analysis, documentation, and optimization of core business processes across various functions. On a day-to-day basis, you will map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, gather requirements from stakeholders, and propose improvements that enhance operational performance and customer experience.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new process designs, monitor results, and help implement best practices and standards.

This internship is a hybrid role, combining on-site collaboration in Bruxelles with flexibility to work from home for part of the time.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in business process concepts, including Business Process and Business Process Management.
- Skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Re-engineering to analyze and optimize workflows.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Comfort working with process mapping tools and productivity software (e.g., flowchart tools, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in retail, sport, or consumer products, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced, international workplace.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bruxelles is an asset.
