Showroom Sales & Cabinet Associate

We are looking for someone to join our showroom team and train in cabinet sales and design.

This is not strictly a desk job. We need someone who is comfortable working with customers, using a computer, and also getting hands-on when needed.

What we are looking for

- Some hands-on or construction-related experience. You don't need to be a cabinetmaker, but you should understand basic tools, measurements and how things go together.
- Comfortable dealing with customers — asking questions, understanding what they need and helping them make decisions.
- Sales-oriented without being pushy.
- Positive computer skills and comfortable learning new programs.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to help create visual material, presentations and customer ideas.
- Able to measure accurately and pay attention to details.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving cabinets, countertops, displays and other showroom products when required.




- Able to work independently and see what needs to be done without constantly being directed.
- Reliable, organized and straightforward.

The Job You will be trained on our cabinet products, pricing, showroom procedures and design/sales process.

The position includes working with customers in the showroom, preparing quotes and cabinet layouts, helping with displays and samples, handling incoming product, and occasionally moving or assembling cabinets and showroom displays.

Cabinet experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

We are looking for someone practical, comfortable with people, willing to learn and able to handle both the sales side and hands-on side of the job.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
