Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces, transforming detailed blueprints and schematics into beautifully finished products. Your craftsmanship will contribute to creating functional, aesthetically pleasing cabinetry that meets precise specifications.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide cabinet construction and assembly.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and woodworking equipment.
- Install cabinets accurately on-site, ensuring proper alignment, secure fastening, and finishing touches such as sanding and polishing.
- Perform related tasks including construction painting, caulking, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, roofing, and masonry as needed for project completion.
- Measure spaces precisely for custom fitting; handle heavy lifting safely during material transport and assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace; adhere to safety protocols at all times during construction activities.




- Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials and time requirements for cabinetry projects; assist in project planning when necessary.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinetry with a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices and ability to read construction plans across multiple disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, masonry, rebar installation, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, restoration work, and handyman tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; experience with concrete forming or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills; familiarity with construction painting and caulking techniques.
- Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
