Duties

- Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with cafe operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play zone, cafe area, and surrounding spaces
- Engage with children through playful interactions, storytelling, or guided activities to enhance their experience
- Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns in the play area
- Manage guest inquiries, provide information about amenities, and support a positive environment for all visitors

Requirements





- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests of all ages
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food service experience is beneficial for cafe operations but not mandatory
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Friendly, energetic personality with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
