The Cake

Decorator is responsible for carrying out a variety of duties in a professional, safe, accurate, and timely manner. Exceptional customer service is expected, as is the ability to work respectfully in a team environment.

Responsible for superior service goals of the department

Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner

Icing, finishing, personalizing and decorating specialty bakery product. Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness and sanitation, inventory control, rotation, quality, ordering, variety standards, signing, seasonal schematic, and proper backroom procedures

Ensure the department has the highest quality of product available for the customer

Monitor to ensure variety standards are followed, as well as 100% compliance on ad item display Knowledge,

Available to work flexible hours Days, Evening, weekends and Holiday availability a must Physical Requirements Constant lifting of up to 20 pounds

Constant reaching, gripping

Frequent bending, walking, standing, twisting, pushing or pulling

Occasional lifting of up to 20-50 pounds

Occasional computer and point of sale system use

Occasional crouching, kneeling, squatting Experience Cake Decorating experience required
