Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team in a female-only service in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering compassionate, individualised care and support to residents with varying needs and abilities
- Supporting residents with medication management, mealtimes, and daily routines, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing
- Providing companionship and encouraging participation in light, engaging activities, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Assisting with mobility and ensuring physical comfort and safety, maintaining a safe and secure living environment
- Helping maintain a tidy, comfortable, and welcoming living environment, contributing to the overall quality of life for our residents
- Bringing calm, consistent, and reassuring support to residents each day, making a meaningful difference in their lives

Required Skills & Experience

To succeed as a Care Assistant, you will:
- Have previous care experience,



although this is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Be naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care, with a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives
