Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter/Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across various projects. Your expertise will help ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise carpentry and construction tasks
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, cabinets, flooring, siding, roofing, and concrete forms
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks including framing, cabinetry, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work
- Perform restoration work on existing structures, including caulking, rebar installation, siding repairs, and general upkeep
- Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as needed to support project requirements
- Measure accurately and perform heavy lifting to move materials safely on-site
- Estimate project materials and labor needs to support construction planning and budgeting efforts

Requirements





- Proven experience in carpentry or handyman roles with a strong background in construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines (Computer Numerical Control), and other construction equipment
- Knowledge of framing, finishing, drywall, flooring, T-bar ceilings, doors, windows, siding installation.
- Familiarity with construction material calculations
- Experience in renovations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle is a must, relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training are a plus
