Become a Case Manager for Housing Stability with JF&CS;, supporting women overcoming violence and instability. Use your expertise to facilitate safe, sustainable living. This position focuses on delivering client-centered case management and crisis intervention services. You will engage with clients to co-create individualized housing and safety plans, advocating for their needs while collaborating with community resources and agencies for comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate trauma-informed, client-focused case management
- Implement personalized safety and housing plans for clients
- Assist in securing financial aid and housing applications
- Provide essential skills training for long-term stability
- Maintain required documentation and program records Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related area
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in crisis intervention and support
- OCSWSSW membership required
- Solid knowledge of housing resources and benefits
