Duties

- Engage with customers using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and purchase decisions
- Assist customers with cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Promote upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering complementary products or services
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and showcase our latest offerings
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Manage time effectively to balance multiple customer interactions while adhering to store policies and procedures

Requirements

- Multilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language to serve diverse customer bases
- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and cash handling processes
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
- Bilingual capabilities are preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
