Valeo Health Clinic is a busy, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic with a fun, friendly, and fast-paced atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Casual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for a student or someone looking for flexible part-time work who is interested in gaining experience in a healthcare or clinic environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
- Managing appointments and schedules through JaneApp (training provided)
- Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Processing payments and assisting with basic administrative tasks
- Supporting our Front Office team and healthcare professionals
- Helping with general clinic organization and day-to-day tasks

What we’re looking for:
- Availability for weekday evenings and occasional Saturdays
- Someone dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using a Mac and troubleshooting basic computer issues
- Previous customer service,



reception, or front desk experience is an asset, but not required
- Experience with JaneApp is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
