Love outstanding food, being outside, and finishing the summer strong? Asado Wood Fired Grill is hiring friendly, energetic catering servers to join our team for the rest of the busy season. Shifts we are looking to cover are Saturdays.

We bring the party with our massive mobile wood-fired grill and smoker — cooking exceptional BBQ right in front of guests at weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and more. Most of our events happen outdoors, so you’ll be serving delicious food in the fresh air while the rest of summer is still going strong.

The Role

As a Catering Server, you’ll be part of the on-site service team that makes every event feel seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting up serving stations, tables, and buffet/service areas at outdoor (and occasional indoor) venues
- Serving food with a warm, professional attitude
- Clearing tables, maintaining clean service areas, and assisting with breakdown
- Working closely with the grill team and other staff to keep service flowing smoothly
- Providing excellent guest interaction and ensuring everyone has a great time




- Helping with light prep, packing, and loading/unloading as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, positive, and hardworking team players
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Previous serving, catering, restaurant, or event experience is a plus (but not required — great attitude matters most)
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderately, and work evenings/weekends
- Friendly personality and strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to home base prefered. We travel as a team to the events.
