We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant to join our vibrant dental team . In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional patient care by providing chairside assistance, managing dental procedures, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow. Your expertise in dental assisting, infection control, and medical documentation will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for.

Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring aseptic techniques are maintained
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray), including 3D scans when applicable, while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Manage electronic medical records using ClearDent system , ensuring accurate documentation of medical and dental histories
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Support the dental receptionist by scheduling appointments, updating medical records,
and managing patient flow efficiently
- Maintain infection control standards by following strict protocols for sterilization and handling of contaminated materials
- Assist with medical imaging procedures and accurately document findings in medical records using appropriate medical terminology and coding
Requirements:
- CDA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and have a growth mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to contribute to overall clinical flow.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
