Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting functions. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support the organization’s long-term growth. This role will also focus on strengthening cash flow forecasting, investment strategies, and effective asset management.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cash flow forecasting.

- Lead accurate and timely financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable financial standards.

- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely collections and effective management of outstanding balances.

- Manage banking relationships, financing strategies, credit facilities, auditors, and other financial partners.

- Identify investment opportunities, optimize asset utilization, and support strategic decisions to maximize financial returns.





- Identify opportunities to automate financial processes, improve systems, and increase operational efficiency.

- Maintain strong internal controls and financial risk management practices.

Qualifications

- CPA designation required.

- Proven experience as a CFO or similar senior financial leadership role.

- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financing.

- Experience working with financial software and ERP systems.

- Availability to work on-site in Georgetown, PEI, during specific periods of the year. Additional allowances will be provided during these periods.
