Honey Bucket Inc is currently looking for a Portable Toilet Truck Operator

Starting Wage: $35.00 per hour

Honey Bucket Inc. is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Vacuum Truck Driver to join our team. This position offers varied, hands-on work with drivers returning home every night.

You will service portable restrooms and assist with septic and sump services, steam cleaning, and equipment pressure washing. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Safely operate a vacuum truck
- Service, clean, restock, and repair portable restrooms
- Assist with septic and sump pumping services
- Steam clean and pressure wash trucks and equipment
- Load, unload, push, and pull portable restrooms weighing up to 100 pounds
- Complete daily driver logs, service records, and inspection reports
- Follow assigned routes, maps, and dispatch instructions
- Report customer concerns, service issues, and equipment defects
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers
- Follow company safety policies and all applicable transportation regulations
- Keep the truck, tools, and work areas clean and organized

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Alberta Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a post-offer drug screening and physical fitness test
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to read maps and follow written and verbal instructions




- Able to complete driver logs and vehicle inspection reports accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, respectful, and safety-focused

Working Conditions
- Work takes place outdoors in hot, cold, wet, dry, and changing weather conditions
- Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing are required
- Routes and working hours vary based on operational needs
- Weekend and holiday work may be required
- Hours may extend up to the limits permitted under applicable transportation regulations
- Drivers return home every night
