Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Cleaning Technician to join our team, providing exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and trash disposal
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following detailed cleaning protocols and checklists
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any special requests
- Organize work schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and responsive to client needs

Qualifications





- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Physical Requirements: This position involves standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling and lifting, as well as carrying cleaning supplies and equipment. Candidates must be physically capable of performing these duties safely.
