A Client Care Representative at Centretown Veterinary Hospital is the primary point of contact for clients and their pets, handling a variety of administrative and client service duties within a veterinary clinic setting. Core Responsibilities for this role typically include:

- Warmly greeting clients and their pets.
- Managing phone calls and client inquiries.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and information in a PIMS (Practice Information Management System).
- Processing payments, managing billing inquiries, and preparing service estimates.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the veterinary medical team.
- Ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Involvement in inventory and ordering products.
- Assist Technicians and Vets in the exam rooms & treatment area.
- This is a Full Time position.
