Mandall Immigration Law is a highly rated, Toronto-based firm focused exclusively on Canadian immigration, refugee, and humanitarian matters. Our practice is rapid-paced and client-centred: people come to us anxious and often overwhelmed, and they stay because someone made the path forward feel clear and manageable.

Due to continued growth, we're hiring a Client Intake Specialist for a part-time role covering evening and weekend hours. Fully remote, open to candidates based in Canada, available immediately.

Why this role is different

You are often the first voice a prospective client hears, and how you handle that call sets the tone for the entire relationship. In a few minutes, you have to put someone at ease, understand their situation, and give them enough confidence to book in and take the next step.

Strong spoken English is a must here, since you're speaking with anxious callers who need to understand you clearly the first time. If you enjoy talking to people, build rapport quickly, and can handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups without letting anything slip, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

- Call and follow up with incoming enquiries promptly. Speed to lead is significant.
- Qualify enquiries and assess general fit for a consultation.
- Speak knowledgeably about common immigration pathways and terminology (study permits, work permits, permanent residence, sponsorship, refugee claims, etc.)



to build trust and answer basic questions.
- Book qualified enquiries into consultations with our lawyers.
- Manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups without letting enquiries fall through the cracks.

What we're looking for

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and based in Canada.
- Excellent spoken English and a professional, well spoken phone manner. You'll be the firm's first impression on every call, and clarity on the phone is central to the role.
- Solid working knowledge of Canadian immigration law services and terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls without dropping the ball.
- Experience in onboarding, appointment setting, or administration is valued. Previous law firm clerk or immigration experience is a strong asset. Call centre, hospitality, or sales experience is also transferable.
- Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Reliable evening and weekend availability.

- Compensation and incentives $20/hour base rate, fully remote and part-time, focused on evenings and weekends. A good fit alongside a daytime job or studies, with a good degree of independence in how you manage your day and pipeline.
