Body Language Massage and Wellness is looking for a Clinic Assistant!

Conveniently located in Oshawa, ON, at King and Thornton!

Massage Therapy is in HIGH demand here, and with our outreach into the community, our books are filling up quickly. We are only getting busier!

We’re only 5 minutes from the Oshawa Center, and 8 minutes away from the Oshawa GO station, great for commuting!

Having a work/life balance is incredibly important to us and our staff, so we aim to create a schedule that works around your lifestyle! We are also keen on providing a positive environment for staff.

We’ve taken the time to make this space somewhere you can enjoy spending time in. Newly renovated, thoughtful staff areas, and a full coffee bar for staff and clients!

We hope to bring in many new and favorable modalities. All will include staff discounts!

We have a fully maintained PARKING LOT, with ample space. We are a part of a busy plaza with multiple restaurants and a salon, surrounded by subdivisions!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the clinic

Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable





Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone for all services

Recommend services based on individual client needs

Book appointments, cancel appointments, make all other arrangements for appointments

Complete billing for each appointment, including direct billing

Qualifications

Must be respectful for the industry and it’s policies

Professional and eager to learn

Friendly and display great customer service

Job Type: Part time

Salary: $17.60 per hour

Schedule:
- Morning shifts 8:30 - 2:30pm or Evening Shifts 4:15pm - 8:15pm *
- Saturday 8:30am - 3pm
- Hours have the ability to increase with demand and vacation coverage

*Hours are subject to change COVID-19 considerations:

Extra cleaning procedures hourly, etc.

- Secondary School (preferred)
