Trivelaa Laser Skin Clinic is seeking a professional, experienced, and results-driven Clinic Manager / Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth, efficient workflow
- Provide leadership, support, and motivation to the clinic team
- Perform professional skincare and aesthetic treatments with exceptional attention to detail
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations, skin assessments, and customized treatment plans
- Perform facials, threading, waxing, lash lifts/tints, and other applicable aesthetic services
- Recommend and perform advanced or medical-grade treatments when appropriate and within scope of practice
- Have strong knowledge of, and an interest in, laser treatments and advanced aesthetics
- Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, products, and long-term maintenance
- Confidently recommend and sell treatment packages, memberships, services, and professional skincare products
- Build strong client relationships to encourage retention, referrals, and repeat business
- Monitor clinic sales and performance and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets
- Assist with appointment scheduling,



client check-in/check-out, follow-ups, and front desk operations as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure a high standard of professionalism throughout the client journey
- Monitor inventory and assist with product and supply management
- Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with applicable regulations
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally and ensure an exceptional client experience
- Stay current with new aesthetic technologies, treatments, products, techniques, and industry trends
- Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Esthetician / Medical Esthetician certification or license as required
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics, laser clinic, spa, or skincare environment
- Proven experience with facials, threading, waxing, and lash services
- Experience with advanced or medical-grade aesthetic treatments is an asset
- Laser experience is strongly preferred
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience is an asset
- Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently recommend treatments, packages, and retail products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client-service mindset with a professional and welcoming personality
- Knowledge of sanitation, infection prevention,



and safety standards
- Experience with booking systems and front desk operations is an asset
- Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional appearance and excellent work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven workplace
